Key Responsibilities主要工作職責
M&E Engineering Design & Coordination機電工程設計與協調
1.Participate in the design and optimization of M&E systems for construction projects, focusing on mechanical equipment, electrical installations, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and automation control systems.參與建筑項目機電系統的設計與優化工作，重點關注機械設備、電氣安裝、暖通空調（HVAC，即采暖、通風與空調）及自動化控制系統；
2.Use AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software to create, review, and modify M&E construction drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and industry standards.使用 AutoCAD 及其他相關制圖軟件制作、審核并修改機電施工圖紙，確保符合設計規范、建筑法規及行業標準；
3.Collaborate with MEP engineers, and construction teams to coordinate M&E design integration, resolve design conflicts, and ensure alignment with overall project goals.與機械設計團隊及施工團隊協作，協調機電設計整合工作，解決設計沖突，確保與項目整體目標保持一致。
On-Site Technical Support & Supervision現場技術支持與監督
1.Provide on-site technical guidance for M&E system installation, including equipment placement, piping, wiring, and welding work .為機電系統安裝提供現場技術指導，包括設備定位、管道鋪設、線路布置及焊接作業
2.Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor the quality of M&E construction, verify compliance with design requirements, and address technical issues promptly to avoid project delays.定期進行現場檢查，監控機電施工質量，核實是否符合設計要求，及時解決技術問題以避免項目延誤；
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and proper installation of M&E equipment and materials.與承包商、供應商及內部團隊協調，確保機電設備與材料按時交付并正確安裝。
Quality Control & Documentation質量控制與文檔管理
1.Develop and implement quality control plans for M&E works, conducting tests and inspections of systems (e.g., HVAC performance, electrical safety, automation functionality) to ensure they meet project standards.制定并實施機電工程質量控制計劃，對系統（如暖通空調性能、電氣安全、自動化功能等）進行測試與檢查，確保符合項目標準；

Education Background教育背景
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Automation Control, Welding Engineering, or related majors (mechanical background is preferred).機械工程、電氣工程、暖通空調工程、自動化控制、焊接工程或相關專業本科及以上學歷（優先考慮機械專業背景）；
